Remember that tomorrow, July 1^st, the Hands Free law goes into effect. If you are caught with a cell phone to your ear, you will be ticketed. Check your cell phone carrier for the possible headsets compatible to your phone. Under 18 yrs. old, no cell phone use at all. Town Hall rescheduled for July 16^th at 10:00 am in room 302. Be prepared to present your successes in order to celebrate all together!

Dr. B. Roberto Cruz was inducted into the Mexican American Community Services Agency, Inc. (M A C S A) Latino Hall of Fame on June 14, 2008. Other inductees included Cesar Chavez, Sup. CONGRATULATIONS TERESA at Heavenly Brew! Stop by give her a big hug! Her graduation from Women’s Initiative was last Thursday. It takes a lot of guts to get out there and start a business but she is doing a great job!

CHALK ART IN AUGUST. Hearts of Chaos will be holding their Chalk Art Festival on August 30^th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on our campus. They are asking if we would like to make a few bucks by selling any type of wrapped food, snacks, water, juice for our own benefit. In other words, money we make is for us.
